My husband and I failed to make plans for any kind of Easter food today and found ourselves jonesing. The usual places we go either weren’t open, or were beyond booked. I had heard good things bout Alan’s, but we’d never been there. I knew they did an Easter buffet and figured they too would be slammed, but called anyway. The gentleman who answered said he thought we could probably eat at the bar, and told us to shoot for 12:30. I have to be honest, I was not expecting much, and I was blown away! Generally, most buffet food seems to not be very high quality to begin with because it’s cheap and easy, but then it also tends to sit out and get stale. Not Alan’s! Everything was hot, fresh, and really, really good! The hostess and ladies in the bar were awesome. I definitely feel like this could become a local favorite for us.

Buffet on Sunday was unbelievable price of about 11! Food was hot and varied. This place is a gem worth making my favorite haunt. Buffet starts at 8 am and we were the first to show up at 8:05 this morning. The staff was engage and upbeat. The food was excellent, the choices were not overly abundant but there is something for everyone. It's worth checking out, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent food! I had the fried scallops and belly clams. Cooked to perfection and served piping hot with fries and slaw. I've never had better honestly.

Fantastic food, huge portions. Had a large takeout order and when we got home, realized they had forgotten two things. Called them and they rectified it immediately, even gave us a free dessert to make up for it. Recommend the buffalo chicken, absolutely amazing!

Love it here, definitely the best restaurant in Boscawen. The bartenders are quick, friendly and knowledgeable. Food is great. They have TouchTunes so you can listen to your favorite music, and free popcorn as well.

Went for Easter brunch and it was great! Plenty of food selections for everyone. Staff was pleasant, helpful and service was great! Our family of 5 adults and a little in the highchair. Seating was perfect. No long lines to wait in. A fantastic experience! Will be back.
